How We Use Your Data
- Lead qualification & distribution. We score your property enquiry and match it with approved real estate agencies in Dubai who can assist you.
- Platform operation. We use contact and account data to authenticate users, send notifications, and manage the agency portal.
- Analytics. With your consent, we use anonymised usage data to improve the platform, measure performance, and understand user behaviour.
- Compliance & security. We log consent decisions, security events, and access attempts to satisfy legal obligations and protect against fraud.
- Marketing. Only with explicit consent do we use data for personalised marketing or retargeting campaigns.
We do not sell personal data to third parties. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces significant legal effects.

Data Retention

- Account data: Duration of the account plus 1 year after closure.
